i mainly use it for guitar repair and modification. this is one nifty little tool. i bought it at target for around 14 bucks, and it's worth every penny to me.now people, this is definitely NOT a heavy duty drill, so don't go expecting it to do jobs that are meant for a drill.
as a paperweight. It may still be a good value, though. This is a sad little toy. I was tempted by the price, and then had a good laugh, at my own expense, when I put the batteries in.
It is not fast which is good for me since I am scared of the fast drillers. I love this screw driver. I use it for light household tasks and it is great.
Don't expect to do any heavy drilling or screwing. bucks. If you've got a low impact, repetitive turning task that needs to be motorized then the new Black and Decker 6 volt drill/driver might be just the tool for the job.I've had mine for a couple of weeks now and it's really helped to streamline my Avian Aqua Miser building process. It takes 4 AA batteries and transforms the combined 6 volts of DC power into a surprising amount of torque. We found this one at a big box store for just over [.].
Not a bad product, but for what I've seen in the store at around the same price range or for a little more, I wish this thing was a little more appealing in the "looks" category and not so loud.
